Subscription and Use Terms
In force as of 6 August 2026.
1. Publisher
The LiveCriée service is published by VeridisQuo Studio, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with share capital of 1 000 €, whose registered office is at 45 Boulevard Georges Estrangin, 13007 Marseille, France, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 108 141 656 (the “Publisher”).
2. Purpose and access
LiveCriée is an online platform for aggregating, normalising and comparing price and landing data for seafood products.
The service is reserved exclusively for professionals acting in the course of their business (importers, fishmongers, wholesalers, distributors). Access is subject to prior verification of the applicant's professional status and is granted on a named-user basis. The Publisher may refuse any access request without having to state reasons.
3. Subscription and pricing
Access to the service is provided through a monthly subscription, payable in advance.
Two plans are offered: Core — €249 excluding tax per month; Pro — €399 excluding tax per month, including the Mercuriale service (building and sending your price lists to your customers).
Prices are quoted excluding tax; VAT at the applicable rate is added to the stated price. As the service is reserved for professionals, the Customer's EU VAT identification number is requested at subscription.
A free trial may be granted on request, at the Publisher's discretion. At the end of the trial, the subscription continues at the agreed price unless terminated beforehand.
4. Term, renewal and termination
The subscription is entered into with no minimum commitment and renews automatically for successive one-month periods.
The Customer may terminate at any time, from their customer area (Subscription section, billing portal) or by email to contact@livecriee.com. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period; access remains open until that date.
5. Refunds
Periods already started are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
As the service is intended for professionals acting in the course of their business, the right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code does not apply.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. The Publisher does not store any card data.
Card and SEPA Direct Debit are accepted. SEPA Direct Debit requires a mandate, collected and stored by Stripe; its confirmation can take up to six business days, during which the subscription is deemed to be in the course of settlement.
In the event of non-payment, access to the service may be suspended after a formal notice has remained without effect. In accordance with Articles L.441-10 and D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code, late payment between professionals gives rise to penalties at three times the statutory interest rate and to a fixed recovery indemnity of €40.
7. User accounts
Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any action carried out from an account is deemed to have been carried out by its holder. Any suspicious use must be reported without delay to contact@livecriee.com.
8. Acceptable use
- No scraping or automated mass extraction of the data.
- No resale, redistribution or public dissemination of the data.
- No unauthorised automation (bots, undocumented third-party integrations).
- No attempt to circumvent security measures or to reverse-engineer the platform.
The Publisher may suspend access in the event of use that does not comply with these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Publisher retains full ownership of the platform, its source code, its design and its processing logic. The Customer retains ownership of the data it imports and grants the Publisher a limited licence to use it for the purpose of providing the service.
10. Availability
The Publisher uses reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability and without a contractual SLA by default. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for external causes; maintenance is scheduled outside business hours wherever possible.
The data displayed comes from third-party sources. The Publisher does not guarantee that it is complete or accurate and cannot be held liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of that data.
11. Limitation of liability
The data displayed by LiveCriée is provided for information purposes only and constitutes neither advice nor a commercial recommendation. Purchasing, selling and negotiating decisions are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
12. Data after termination
Following termination, the Customer's data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days, subject to statutory retention obligations, in particular accounting obligations.
13. Personal data
See the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
The Publisher may amend these terms. Any substantial change will be notified by email with 30 days' notice before it takes effect.
15. Customer service
Any question relating to the subscription, billing or the service:
contact@livecriee.com
Billing and publisher: contact@veridisquo.studio
Response within 2 business days.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts within the remit of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply.
